Nuggets of Wisdom provide products and services that have been inspired by Kristie’s lifelong lived experiences with Anxiety and OCD. Her unique range of products have been designed to help others nurture and accept themselves.
We're here to assist you in finding your way back to clarity, calmness, and self-compassion with our range of tools, from affirmation cards and guided journals to art and astrology reports.
It was important to Kristie to have these products approved by therapists, and she works closely with a psychologist, psychiatrist, and school counsellor when developing her products.
Hi, I’m Kristie and I’m the creator of Nuggets of Wisdom.
For as long as I can remember, anxiety has been something that I've experienced throughout my life.
But through therapy, meditation, the support of loved ones, medication, and the affirmations and gentle reminders that you will find throughout my products, I’ve learned to work with my anxiety.
And I now wish to pass on what I've learned and what has helped me, to you.
I hope that the words and artworks you find throughout my products provide you with the comfort that they still bring me to this day.
